Jon spent nearly 25 years with DonorPerfect and SofterWare, where he led the evolution of one of the industry’s most widely adopted fundraising platforms. He founded and wrote DonorPerfect Online, helping pioneer cloud-based fundraising software and establishing a SaaS model as early as 2001. Under his leadership, the platform scaled from $3,000 in annual recurring revenue to more than $30 million, serving thousands of nonprofit organizations and setting a new standard for cloud-based donor management.

Following his tenure at DonorPerfect, Jon founded SimplyFundraisingCRM, a next-generation fundraising platform designed to address modern nonprofit needs. He successfully grew and exited the company to Community Brands, further solidifying his reputation as a builder of scalable, high-value technology solutions.

Jon continues to innovate as the founder of Staffd.ai and CampScheduling.com, both focused on solving operational challenges with practical, technology-driven solutions. In parallel, he remains deeply engaged in the nonprofit sector, contributing his time and expertise through national organizations including the Giving USA Foundation and the Association of Fundraising Professionals, as well as supporting local youth and community initiatives.
