Dean most recently served as Global Advisory Leader for AWS, where he led a global practice of senior executives advising customers and partners on innovation and digital transformation using the AWS platform. He aggressively grew the practice from 12 to over 50 professionals globally and developed business outcome offerings across business case, product operating model, governance, innovation, supply chain, and customer experience. Under his leadership, direct revenue grew from $10M to $110M in year one.

Prior to AWS, Dean served as a managing partner with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where he was responsible for building and managing the enterprise strategy practice globally. His areas of focus included top-line business and technology strategy, enterprise cloud strategy, supply chain, IT governance and operating model strategy, and enterprise architecture.

Dean also held partner-level positions at two top-tier global professional services firms, where he developed, managed, and grew IT technology practices focused on providing IT strategy, business intelligence, system selection, enterprise risk management, and security assessment services to middle-market clients.
